- You can use Open Table to book your restaurant reservations at participating restaurants in Hawaii. There are currently 41 restaurants across Hawaii that are registered with Open Table. Nearly half of those (21) are in Oahu. I’ve used this free service on the mainland several times and it is very simple and convenient to use. I’d imagine more restaurants in Hawaii will connect up with Open Table in the future. Source
- Do you need an allergy-friendly hotel room in Hawaii? The JW Marriott Ihilani Resort is the first in Hawaii to offer allergy-friendly guest rooms. There are 13 guestrooms plus the presidential suite that are practically sneeze-free. The bedding, carpet, walls, furniture and air condition system is specially treated to remove contaminants.
- The islands are probably going to get some much needed rain this weekend as a tropical storm is headed that way. I’m thankful that the storm has been downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm.
