Ah, it’s time to bid a farewell aloha to 2012 and welcome in 2013. Here’s where to find fun New Year’s Eve celebrations and fireworks across the islands of Hawaii:

Poipu Beach is the place to be this New Year’s Eve as the Poipu Beach Resort Association presents a free fireworks display at Poipu Beach Park at 9:20pm.
Hawaii’s Big Island
Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows will host midnight fireworks, a Willie K concert and several beachside buffet or ocean view prix fixe dinner options. You can see more details from this link. (See our Mauna Lani review.)
The Four Seasons Haulalai will host New Year’s Eve fireworks. I anticipate they’ll also have special dining options for the evening as well.
Oahu
You’ll find several options to catch a beautiful fireworks display along will lots of New Year’s Eve parties, buffets and dinners. See this full list of Waikiki Honolulu Oahu New Year’s Eve Fireworks & Celebrations where you’ll find many festive options.
Maui
The town of Hana will host a New Year’s Eve fireworks.
In Wailea, midnight fireworks are set to display from a barge fronting the beach in front of the Grand Wailea.
