Here’s the Hawaii vacation news that’s caught my eye.
* Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort is offering guests a way to give to Japan relief with a three-day or longer stay. With each Lokahi Package booking, Hyatt Regency Waikiki will donate $30 to the statewide fundraising initiative, Aloha for Japan. The Hyatt Lokahi Package starts at $249 per night and includes daily breakfast buffet for two and 10% discount on spa services. For this package, you must book before June 30 for travel dates through December 27, 2011.
* In January, I reported that American Airlines flights were not being included in Expedia search results. Well, thankfully, that tiff is over and AA results are back in Expedia.
* The 2011 Hawaii Entertainment Books are on sale for $15 each with free shipping. If you’re going to Oahu before November 1, 2011, these coupon books can help you stretch your Oahu vacation budget.

I used to love the Hawaii Entertainment book. Got great discounts at Napili Shores and Hilo Hawaiian Hotel in the past. Now I’ve lived on Maui since 1996. Home Sweet Home.,.
