Contest: Win a Hawaii Canvas Print from Our New Hawaii Art Gallery

This is Andy.

You know, the one that just has to go with Sheila on every Hawaii trip and take the photos and videos?

Yeah, it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. 😉

Anyway, we wanted to let you know that we just launched the Go Visit Hawaii Online Art Gallery and to celebrate we’re announcing a new contest. The prize? Your choice of any of our prints–on a 16×20 stretched canvas worth at least $100!

We have 24 amazing Hawaiian scenes for you to choose from, and that’s how you’ll enter.

To enter the contest, simply browse through all of the art in our new gallery and leave a comment with the name of the print that you would like to win.

Easy huh?

We’ll pick one random winner on Sunday at noon EST and announce them next week.

So, to recap:

  • We’ve launched an online Hawaii photo gallery, where you can buy Hawaiian scenes at affordable prices and shipped directly to your home.
  • To celebrate, we’re giving one lucky reader a chance to win any print by simply leaving a comment with the name of the print you’d like to win!

Mahalo!

Andy

  1. My favorites are the Vintage Hula and the Hawaii Past-times. When I win, I will have to make the final choice. 🙂

  2. I love the picture cascading waterfall. I was so taken by all of Hawaii, but amazed by the hidden beauty in waterfalls. So many times we get the typical image of a hula dancer or palm trees in our mind, but the waterfalls say it for me

  3. I’m hoping to win the Vintage Hula. I lived in Hawaii for 2 years and I’ve been collecting anything hula. It would be nice to win something from you guys. Thanks 🙂

  4. I LOVE the Hula Capture photo. You can see the emotion and strength that the dancer has from her posture and how her gaze is towards her fingers.

  5. Hi Andy, all 24 scenes are so beautiful and amazing. But my favorite is Hula Capture. As I started this year to learn the Hula dance it will be a further inspiration for me if I win it 🙂

  6. The vintage hula is my favorite. To me it shows the strength and poise of the Hawaiian people as well as epitomizes in one shot the culture brought down through the ages which is still there today. You can see a lot in this hula dancer’s pose and in her face. It’s just a very mesmerizing print to me and I would love to win it!

  7. All the scenes are the spirit of Aloha, but for me, the Hula Capture is breathtaking. Gazing at that picture I can feel the sun, smell the surf and sweet plumeria, hear the rushing waves, and taste fresh pineapple. Ahh, Hawaii.

  8. One print is more beautiful than the next…
All of them are beautiful and would look great
    in our foyer!
The “Sweetheart Rock” is my favorite.
    Many thanks, Cindi

  9. All very beautiful photos Andy, very nicely done. I especially like the way you worked up the Dis-N-Dat photo. It makes me feel like that is the way my husband experienced Hawaii, growing up there in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Thanks for sharing your vision of the Hawaiian Islands!

  10. I love the flowers and the sunsets of Hawaii, and everything else. So I pick the Hysbiscus at sunset.

  11. Greetings Andy!
Beautiful Work…but my fav is Palm Oasis. Have been to Hawaii and never tire seeing the swaying Palms. Hanging this print in my bedroom would bring me happiness and fond memories.

  12. WOW!! All 24 are great! But if I had to pick my favorite would be Haleakala Sunrise. Great work!

    1. I absolutely love all of the pictures, but the “Coconut Grove” is my fav. It’s such a relaxing and peaceful foto, sure would love that foto hanging in my lounge room and fantasising that i am actually there in Hawaii! Awesome!!!

  13. What a great promotion! I like the Hawaiian Past-times
picture the best (I think)! Actually – would love to have any one of them – so beautiful… Thanks for the entry.

  14. I would be so proud to Hang the Palm Oasis Print in my home. It would be a beautiful asset and remind me of wonderful memories of the Hawaiian islands and culture. Thanks, Andy!!

  15. I am in love with the Surfboard Graveyard photo. Just imagine where those boards have been!

  16. My favorite is the Haleakala sunrise. It is one of our favorite memories of our trip to Hawaii. Love all of the photos though.

  17. OMG this was such a difficult decision to choose as I greatly admire your work. However, I would be honored to have “Vintage Hula” in my home as she epitomizes everything Hawaiian to me. You are an awesomely creative photographer Andy.

  18. Andy, You’re a great photographer! And to be able to go to Hawaii with your wife and enjoy all the beauty of The Isles— that would be my dream come true! All your photos are perfect, but I think I’d choose the Haleakala Sunrise, because I actually saw it. Maybe I could pass it off as one of the photos I took??? NO WAY! Yours is so much better than any of mine.

  19. Love them all but my favorites aren’t from Hawaii so I’ll have to pass on this. Holding breath for my favorite ones to hit the market.
    Good luck everyone!

  20. Andy, You have a true eye for natural beauty. If I had to pick one, it would be Sunset Hula. It embodies the spirit of the Islands, and the heritage of the people.

  21. Your pictures all remind me of the beauty of the islands, culture and people. My husband Scott and I loved going to the Moku O Keawe last year and my favorite picture is also our favotite evening of Hula. Vintage Hula is to me the most beautiful and sparks great memories of November 2010 and the new memories when we go again November 2011. Thank you for sharing your talents with us all.

  22. luv them all!!! and oh soo hard to choose my favorite…but I will go with surfboard graveyard…The color of the boards against the green leaves looks spectacular!!! 🙂

  23. Andy, a great collection for your gallery! I wish I could get my photos to look as good. I’m going to go with Vintage Hula.
    Thanks.

  24. Amazing work. As Michael in the comment above says this is really art that needs to be framed and exhibeted in spacious gallery. Hope to see this work in Germany once.
