Marielle’s photo was taken from the lawn by Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. This scene makes me want to grab a beach towel and relax there for the rest of the day.
The sheltered water of Kahanamoku lagoon is a great spot for little kids to splash and swim. Of course adults enjoy it, too. The lagoon is open to the public, but of course, it has very convenient access from the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort.
