Mahalo to Marielle Weddle for sharing this Honolulu rainbow for Aloha Friday Photos. She tells us that she snapped this shot behind the Hilton Hawaiian Village in the Waikiki area of Honolulu.
As Marielle shared this photo with us, she noted Hawaii’s nickname as the “Rainbow State.” When you visit Hawaii, you’ve got a pretty good chance of seeing one of their famous rainbows. Most folks don’t want any rain at all during their Hawaii vacation, but when you get to marvel at a rainbow after a brief rain shower, you won’t mind the rain at all.
