Judy took this photo at Wai’anapanapa State Park off Maui’s famous Road to Hana. Though Wai’anapanapa is known as a black sand beach, in Judy’s photo the wet shoreline appears to be blue. Perhaps that might be that it’s reflecting the gorgeous, blue sky. To be sure, this beach is a remarkable sight.
