We love how this tree is decorated in earth tones and has gilded tropical foliage which all correspond wonderfully with Hawaii’s lush beauty. But, what really makes this tree uniquely suited for Hawaii is the grass skirt. How clever!
One thing we’ve always enjoyed about visiting Hawaii in December is seeing how the hotels decorate for the holidays. One of our favorite things to do is to walk from hotel to hotel in the resort areas to see their professional designs. We particularly appreciate the decorations that display a representation of Hawaii. (See our article with examples of Christmas decorations that are unique to the Hawaiian Islands.)
