Hi, I was told that the months of Dec thru Feb are very windy in HI and you can’t even go to the beach its so windy.
Cruise companies wouldn’t schedule cruises in Hawaii in the winter if the weather was not favorable. Could there be a windy day in the winter? Yes. There could also be windy days in the summer, too. We have been to Hawaii numerous times in the winter and have enjoyed the beaches and watersports. In all our visits I can only think of one time when it was an exceptionally windy day. Your personal experience may vary as the weather is unpredictable!
